Maciej Woć has been appointed managing director of Sony Music Entertainment Poland & Eastern Europe
has been appointed managing director of Sony Music Entertainment Poland and Eastern Europe, tasked with growing Sony’s share of the region’s growing music market. , president of Sony Music for Continental Europe and Africa, Woć will oversee all business activities in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia and the Western Balkans. Woć starts his new role Oct. 15 based in Warsaw. Prior to joining Sony, he founded Muzk Management and event promotion business East Eventz, building them into two of the leading companies in the Polish entertainment industry. “Maciej has a fantastic entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of successfully tackling the challenges of today’s rapidly changing industry,” said Lieberberg in a statement.
