LoveIsland 2023 star Tanya reveals plans to finish biomedical science degree after villa
New Love Island 2023 winter star, Tanya Manhenga, has revealed that she will be going back to university to finish her biomedical science degree after the hit ITV2 dating show.
Speaking to press, including OK!, ahead of Love Island starting on Monday 16th January, Tanya said: "It's definitely something I'm going to go back to when I finish Love Island. I literally love it. I surprised myself throughout the whole course how much I loved it." "So if there's opportunities there, I'll definitely take them as well, if it's something I really want to do but it has to be something that is amazing for me to leave what I was doing before."
Speaking about her mother's reaction to her going on Love Island, Tanya said: "My mum was just like, she's so happy that I was at the end of the degree because she would have hated if I just left it in the middle.
