Talks over a ‘New Deal’ to distribute £900million to the EFL over six years have collapsed after 10 Premier League clubs made it clear that they would reject the proposal., Liverpool and Tottenham were joined by Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham, Aston Villa, Wolves, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth in rejecting the deal.
