It's back!
It will be open from 10am until 10pm every day until September 4 and is, as always, free to enter. A number of new attractions have been announced.
As well as its usual sand and water, the beach will offer exciting new rides and slides, including a new slip 'n' slide calledMajor new attractions announced as Nottingham beach to return in 2022 A number of stalls also border the beach. One of those is the Loaded Doughnuts stall, run by Sam Singleton. "I’ve never been to the beach before. I love being around people. It’s nice to get people together after everything with Covid," she told Nottinghamshire Live.
"It will get everyone’s spirits up. Not everyone can afford to go on holiday. Kids can play in the pool while their parents relax. I like to see people happy."
