An attempt to restore Stormont to pass stalled organ donation laws has failed as the DUP again blocked the election of a Speaker.But the DUP continued to veto the election of a new Speaker in its protest against Brexit's Northern Ireland Protocol.Read more:An opt-out donation system was passed by MLAs last year, but secondary legislation required to implement it has been delayed due to Stormont's collapse.
