Line of Duty's Stephen Graham has shared the heartbreaking news of his mother's death as he dedicated his OBE to his 'inspirational' mum just days following her tragic passing
Stephen Graham has said he shares his OBE with his “incredible warrior” mother after she died recently, just days before he received his OBE.
Immediately the star was inundated with messages of support from fans, friends and costars, with many sharing their condolences with the grieving actor. Rocketman star Taron Egerton also paid his respects as he added: "I am proud to know you. I can't imagine how she must have felt. We all love you, Stephen."
The actor said he and Hannah moved in together in south London after what was technically their first date following a period of talking.Hannah – who is executive producer along with Graham of an upcoming five-part series based on big-screen drama Boiling Point – also helps him choose his roles. Among his most iconic roles, include the 2000 crime comedy film Snatch alongside Brad Pitt and Jason Statham, and 2019 gangster epic The Irishman, in which he played real-life mobster Anthony Provenzano alongside Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.
