Patrick probably understands as little about critical race theory as he does about the Alamo. Remember that it was Patrick who prevented the authors offrom speaking at the Bullock Texas State History Museum because it seems he did not want to believe, as some historians do, that the Alamo was not defended by freedom fighters but by men who wanted to ensure the long-term entrenchment of slavery in Texas economy.
It’s time for the county to end its restrictions on restaurant and bar workers and for the federal government to end its restrictions on air travel.
