Leicester City chairman has paid the outstanding debt of the Premier League club to its parent King Power International by converting more than 194 million pounds in loans into equity, it said on Wednesday .
The loans were provided over the last four years to fund the construction of the club's new training ground at Seagrave, Leicester said. "Maintaining long-term stability is vital for sustainable growth and a fundamental principle that has always guided our investments in the club's future," Srivaddhanaprabha said.
