Leeds United have seen three games selected to be broadcast live by Sky Sports over the Christmas period
Leeds United will feature on television three times over the festive period as the Championship campaign gathers pace. Sky Sports have made their picks over Christmas and the broadcasters are clearly keeping a keen eye on Leeds’ progress with three games in a week to be shown live.
That game at Elland Road will remain on Saturday, December 23, but it will now kick off at the earlier time of 12.30pm. Leeds will travel to Preston North End on Boxing Day and that one will be shown on telly, too. Again, it will be a 12.30pm kick-off at Deepdale, meaning it could be an early morning for those fans planning to travel across the Pennines the day after Christmas. Finally, Leeds’ trip to West Bromwich Albion on December 29, will also be shown on TV.
Leeds have been a popular choice with broadcasters this season so far and between now and Christmas, the Whites will be regulars on Sky Sports. Leeds’ trip to Rotherham United later this month has been selected, as has the clash with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
