The Love Island star, 29, was left looking rather sheepish after attempting to 'blame the edit' for her unfair portrayal on the show in light of her explosive argument with Marisha Wallace.
Late & Live descended into chaos on Friday as Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu clashed with Layton Williams after her eviction from the house on Friday.
He liked the posts saying: 'he confronted HER bad behaviour? you clearly must be like 15 cause you’ve clearly never watched the older seasons of big brother cause this was tame af lmao.' One social media user wrote: 'You would think you would know better!!! You are doing to Ekin Si what you complain the public did to you. Wt* just vile and disgusting on your part.'
While some branded the former Strictly star a 'bully' and said that he did to Ekin-Su what others did to him during his time on the dancing show, others disagreed and dubbed him the 'voice of the people'. Host AJ Odudu attempted to reason with the star as she suggested: 'Well what we have got to remember, you know she's American it's strategy, game playing.'
Yet Layton was having none of it, as he hit back: 'Don't blame it on the edit, one thing we are not going to do is blame it on the edit. While Layton has yet to comment on the situation, his X account showed that he heavily liked posts that stated he was 'putting her in her place' and not 'bullying' One audience member then told Ekin: 'I think sometimes you need to listen to the positives, you never listened to the positive'.
