This 'exceptional new-build' home in South Shields , South Tyneside is not selling, and it might have something to do with the lamp post sitting right in front of the door. Despite offering a six months mortgage-free deal , not a single one of the ten properties on sale has been bought so far.
Another lamp post is also situated in the middle of a driveway, preventing parking. The lamp posts might not be the only reason buyers aren't interested.
