Jennifer McBride is seeking damages of $1.5 million from Gaga for allegedly posting the misleading reward, per TMZ.
McBride was later charged in connection to the theft with receiving stolen property and being an accessory to the crime.
McBride eventually pled no contest to one count of receiving stolen property and was slapped with two years of probation. Per TMZ, McBride wants more than $500,000.
