Krispy Kreme will have special donuts available for NASA's Artemis I launch to the moon on Monday
The “Artemis Moon Doughnut,” will be available for one day only – on Monday – at participating Krispy Kreme shops in the U.S., while supplies last.
Topped with a galactic-like swirl of cookies and cream frosting, the donut is stuffed with cheesecake flavored filling – a nod to the adage of the moon being made of cheese. “The Artemis I mission is a proud moment, and we are in awe of the amazing Americans behind the world’s most powerful rocket. So, we created these delicious doughnuts to enjoy while you watch the launch,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme's global chief brand officer, in a statement.
