The Kremlin on Tuesday rejected speculation about President Vladimir Putin's health, saying he was fit and well. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in a regular call with reporters, also denied suggestions that the president was using body doubles, calling that an 'absurd hoax.
