The incident took place just after midnight on Friday
Police are appealing for information following the incident in the Fingerpost Road area of Trillick at around 12.30am on Friday, March 15.
Detective Sergeant Curley said: “At approximately 12.30am police received a report of a burglary at a house in the Fingerpost Road in Kilskeery.“They ransacked the kitchen before making off on foot with a sum of money. The homeowner who was in bed at the time of the burglary was uninjured however has been left badly shaken by their ordeal.
