Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak enjoyed a day of pampering amid her divorce from estranged husband Kroy Biermann following 12 years of marriage.
On Friday morning, the reality star, 45, uploaded a video showing her getting fillers and Botox at a medical spa in Atlanta.
The mother-of-six gushed in her caption that she was 'so happy with' her results and encouraged her more than 3.3 million Instagram followers to 'RUN to book your appointment TODAY.'In the footage, she sported a slightly cropped black long sleeve, matching leggings and a pair of large diamond studs.Many of her fans questioned her priorities in the comment section as they asked how she could afford the costly treatments amid her alleged financial woes.
The TV personality – whose daughter Brielle just got engaged – revealed the news to Celebuzz, but hinted that she could possibly take part in other television work in the future. 'So I wanted to clear up what's going on since I don't want to leave you hanging any longer. The truth is …I am not returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.'

The reality television star has been mired in a sticky – financially and emotionally – divorce from her former NFL player husband, 38, for almost a year. Kim tried to sell her Cartier Love bracelet for $5,000, put a Chanel handbag for sale for $7,500 and sold her skincare company Kashmere Kollections to the company 310 Nutrition.
