Kim Kardashian was 'disgusted and outraged' by the Balenciaga campaign, and decried the ads as she spoke out against the fashion label on social media.
"I appreciate Balenciaga’s removal of the campaigns and apology," she wrote."In speaking with them, I believe they understand the seriousness of the issue and will take the necessary measures for this to never happen again."
Balenciaga pulled the controversial photos last week, which showed two young girls holding stuffed animals that were wearing leather harnesses. Kim Kardashian wore a black latex Balenciaga number to the 11th annual LACMA Art + Film Gala earlier this month. Kanye West, aka Ye, wore a Balenciaga boxing mouthguard, outside Givenchy, during Paris Fashion Week - Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 in October.
