In Thursday’s new episode of “The Kardashians,” the reality star has a snafu while preparing to wear Monroe’s iconic gown to the Met Gala.
Examining a replica of the gown, Kardashian confessed her fear of not being able to squeeze into the historic garment, which was memorably worn by the late Hollywood blonde in 1962.While Kardashian’s measurements don’t match Monroe’s, she added, “The width of my shoulders and my body makes me a shapeshifter. Continued Kardashian, 42, “I can squeeze into anything, but no one trusted us for years. [Designers] would never send samples, and then once I would get to Paris and try on the samples, they would be like, ‘Oh wait, she actually fits into our stuff.’ I don’t know how to convince the guy who owns the original Marilyn dress that I am a shapeshifter.”
