The initiative marks Walk to School Month this October, which challenges children to travel sustainably.West, hopes that Home Safe will continue to help primary children of all ages get to and from school safely as the seasons change. She said: “Home Safe is now in its fourth year and it’s been great to see the difference we’ve made to the local communities near our developments in Glasgow.
"Road visibility is crucial as the nights get darker, and we hope that by donating these vibrant vests, children will be safer on their school commute."They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
