Kendall says physical activity is another form of therapy for her, whether she’s working out with her trainer, going to pilates, riding her horses, or going on a walk with her dog. “I think I feel really good mentally when I feel really good physically,” she says. Kendall also meditates and is interested in the effects of sound healing.
