In a new revealing interview, Katie Price has spoken out about taking Gareth Gates' virginity when he was 17 and she was six months pregnant with her son Harvey
Katie Price has defended her romp with Gareth Gates while she was six months pregnant. The former glamour model, who was expecting her son Harvey at the time, took Gareth's virginity when he was 17 - something he denied when it was first made public.
Pop Idol star Gareth, 39, previously revealed that the fall-out from having sex with Katie led him to take a break from fame. He also discussed his decision to initially deny what had happened. Speaking on The Big Reunion, he said: “I denied the whole Jordan thing because I was 17, I didn't want my family to find out about my sex life. If I hadn't of lied it wouldn't have been a big deal, my family, friends and fans wouldn't have felt as let down I guess.”
“The only thing I thought in my head to do was say it had never happened, I felt I had to because I didn't want my family to know about my sex life, I didn't tell anyone my family or friends, so they all backed me.”
