The mixed metallics were subtle and balanced out by the black jacket and black tights Holmes wore . It was a fresh, unexpected element finishing off an already sophisticated outfit.
To carry her shiny shoes into the cold winter months, Holmes wore some sheer black stockings. She is a tried-and-true New Yorker, after all; you can’t walk around the city if it’s 30 degrees and your feet are exposed.
