Kathy Griffin's hilarious mom Maggie Griffin passed away and the internet may never recover

Kathy Griffin revealed that her mother passed away after struggling with dementia on Tuesday. Her fans said they'd celebrate her with a glass of wine.

"My Mom, the one and only, Maggie Griffin, passed away today. I am gutted. My best friend. I'm shaking. I won't ever be prepared," Griffin tweeted."I'm so grateful you guys got to be part of her life. You knew her. You loved her. She knew it. Oh, and OF COURSE she went on St Patrick's Day."in which she shared that her mom was struggling with dementia. The comic's mother appeared on both of Griffin's TV series,Kathy Griffin: A Hell of a Story.
