The Princess of Wales joined husband Prince William during a visit to BBC Radio 1.
During their appearance on the news program, Kate and William led a discussion with campaigners and mental health experts to talk about the challenges youth face when it comes to taking care of their mental state.
"It's been fantastic to welcome the Prince and Princess of Wales back to our studios to discuss something that is so close to both their and our audience's hearts," the head of BBC Radio 1, Aled Haydn Jones, said. "What was discussed today will resonate with so many of our listeners, and it means so much to us that we can all work together to help tackle the stigma around this issue.
The couple last visited BBC Radio 1 in April 2017. At the time, the two surprised Adele Roberts, a radio presenter who was running the marathon for Heads Together, a mental health campaign spearheaded by Kate and William.
