Kate Middleton paid tribute to her husband Prince William and watched him with pride from the balcony of the Foreign Office as he laid a wreath for the Remembrance Sunday Service
The Princess of Wales paid a subtle tribute to Prince William at the Remembrance Sunday Service in London earlier today.
But Kate finished off her ensemble with a black Philip Treacy hat - which is complete with a black velvet bow. The event was one of her first public appearances as Prince William's girlfriend - becoming an indication of the pair's blossoming romance. Kate also wore a silver brooch, which she was awarded when she became the Commodore-in-Chief of the Fleet Air Arm earlier this year. King Charles led the royals and the rest of the crowd in a period of two minutes' silence to mark the soldiers who have lost their lives in conflicts since World War One.
