The Princess of Wales is said to be recovering from planned abdominal surgery at Adelaide Cottage, but some family members are reportedly unaware of her condition.
Kate Middleton's closest team have reportedly not seen her since her planned abdominal surgery despite her now recovering at Adelaide Cottage. Some Royal Family members are also said to be unaware of the Princess of Wales' condition following the procedure in January.
