Hair professionals at Longevita claim the 41-year-old royal eats oats first thing, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre, the Mirror reports. Another one of her supposed favourite meals is a healthy salad made from watermelon, feta, avocado and cucumber. All of these foods help to promote healthy hair growth, leaving Kate's signature brunette locks strong and glossy.
