EXCLUSIVE: As she starts her first full year as the Princess of Wales, royal expert Katie Nicholl tells OK! how Kate Middleton will be promoting stability in the monarchy
Between the passing of Queen Elizabeth II in September following her 70-year reign and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell Netflix documentary, there were plenty of headline making moments.
“She has a close relationship with her father-in-law,” Katie exclusively tells OK!. “There is a huge amount of warmth between them and mutual respect, and I know Charles feels very lucky to have Kate as part of the family. Katie, author of The New Royals, also say mother-of-three Kate will be a key role in Charles’ coronation in May with her husband Prince William.
Katie’s comments come after she told us William is “absolutely apoplectic” about his brother’s Netflix docuseries and the claims made against him and the royal family.
