, alleging that the crash caused him ‘permanent traumatic brain injury, four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress and disfigurement’. Sharing his testimony this week, Sanderson told the court: ‘Everything was great and then I heard nothing I’ve heard before at a ski resort – it was a blood-curdling scream.
