Jurgen Klopp was left angered after his Europa League press conference was overshadowed by overexuberant Toulouse FC fans on Thursday
Toulouse FC wrote to Liverpool to apologise after Jurgen Klopp's press conference was disrupted following their Europa League defeat, club general director Olivier Jaubert has revealed.
Toulouse supporters were banging on the tent and singing songs after their historic triumph over the Premier League side. “We were as organised as this press conference,” said Klopp as he was forced to give the remainder of his answer over the chants from the French fans. Jaubert has explained why the press conference was forced to be held away from the usual press room and revealed that the Reds have received an apology.
