Cevey claimed that she was “unable to understand what she was signing as she relied heavily on her pain medication and suffered from incredible pain” after a spinal and neck surgery that left her partially paralyzed and unable to walk — which is directly contrary to what she claimed in the suit against Collins. Collins denied promising her half of the proceeds from the house.
