JPMorgan's U.K. digital bank Chase UK said in a statement Tuesday that, starting Oct. 16, customers would"no longer be able to make crypto transactions via debit card or by outgoing bank transfer."
It follows similar moves from other banks in the U.K. to restrict transactions involvement cryptocurrencies, as lenders look to prevent their customers from becoming victims to fraud. The company said in a statement Tuesday that, starting Oct. 16, Chase UK customers would"no longer be able to make crypto transactions via debit card or by outgoing bank transfer."
