Crown, 70, was the chairman and chief executive officer of privately held Henry Crown and Co, which invests in securities, real estate, funds and privately held companies. Crown was an "integral part" of JPMorgan Chase, CEO Jamie Dimon told directors in a memo seen by Reuters. He was on JPMorgan's public responsibility and risk committees.
