The A Place In The Sun host revealed he 'felt like a grandad' while trying to play football with his son Rex – which he said 'broke me a bit' in a heart-breaking update. It comes as the broadcaster and property expert celebrate his 50th birthday early with a huge party.
The keen sportsman said: "I tried to play football with Rex the other day and was in goal and I couldn’t get near the ball. It was so frustrating. He added that he decided to celebrate his 50th birthday early, by hosting a party attended by the likes of England cricket legend Andrew Caddick. Jasmine Harman, his A Place In The Sun co-star, also attended.
Taking to Instagram, the TV host shared a snap of himself and co-host Jasmine Harman on stage at the property exhibition, and posted a photo of his outfit the day before. However, after fans quizzed Jonnie on his potential return to the property programme, he took to Instagram to set things straight.
