Belfast Health and Social Care Trust is currently recruiting for caring, compassionate and committed nurses and social workers to join the Community Mental Health Team in their Older Peoples Service. The Service works with people over the age of 65, who have a mental illness diagnosis, as well as people of any age who have a dementia diagnosis, to facilitate recovery and support.The main responsibilities in each role are:

A key priority in the Community Mental Health Team, is ensuring each member of staff meets the needs of an individual, with the right service, at the right time, in order to support them in the best way possible.
