John Stamos defends his 'Full House' co-star Lori Loughlin during the 'Armchair Expert podcast. John claims that Lori only had minor role in the college admissions scandal, and praises her as a person.
John Stamos and Lori Loughlin played married couple Jesse and Becky on Full House, but as it turns out sparks nearly flew between the two off-screen as well.
'She's one of the few women I have spent day after day with and still always look forward to seeing her again. I know what makes her laugh, we get each other and we have the sort of true friendship that's supposed to be the foundation of a great, lasting relationship.' The bash was an afterparty for the Victoria's Secret fashion show supermodel Romijn had just walked in. Stamos even got her number at the party.
As he contemplated going for either Lori or Rebecca, he wrote: 'Am I going to sit in a swing forlorn at the drive-in wearing a motorcycle jacket warbling like John Travolta for Sandra Dee or am I putting on the letterman’s sweater to enter the carnival in search of black patent leather stilettos with chills multiplying?' he wrote.
The question was spurned by an interview Loughlin did with Huffington Post Live in March of that year, in which she stated that her and Stamos's 'timing was off.'
