WASHINGTON – Former Vice President Joe Biden said if he's president, he wouldn't interfere with the Justice Department if it pursued criminal charges against President Donald Trump after he left office.
However, he added it's"not very... good for democracy to be talking about prosecuting former presidents." During the interview, Biden conceded that he doesn't know many details on the New York cases but that if a future Attorney General believes charges should be pursued against Trump, then he will not stand in the way.
