Dr. Jill Biden is visiting Philadelphia Friday to meet with students and announce a partnership with Nickelodeon to bring a Well Versed to television.
"Well Versed" is an"animated musical short-form series that aims to help teach kids about democracy and the U.S. Bill of Rights in fun and imaginative ways through original pop songs," according to a news release announcing Biden's visit.Get Philly local news, weather forecasts, sports and entertainment stories to your inbox.
Former first lady Laura Bush is expected to also deliver pre-recorded video remarks during the event. People should expect some traffic stoppages in the area of the Independence Hall area around Biden's visit.
