Jeremy Clarkson isn't holding back on Liz Truss, calling her a 'Dalek' as he praises Italy's new far-right prime minister, Giorgia Meloni.
He despaired over what he saw as Truss’in Meloni, who is open about wanting to focus on ‘traditional Christian family values’, prevent abortions, renegotiate EU treaties, lower taxes and ensure same-gender couples do not have surrogacy or adoption rights.column, Clarkson said Meloni wants to introduce ‘fewer laws that favour those of a BLT+ persuasion,’ seemingly referring to the LGBT+ community.
Meloni was elected in September and is set to run Italy’s most far-right government since World War II Clarkson blamed ‘600 stupid old ladies in Bournemouth’ for voting for Truss over Rishi Sunak, which he claimed was ‘simply because they didn’t want an Indian,’ and went on to say that Truss has ‘no right brain at all.’
Clarkson – pointing out that he himself is right-brained – said leaders ‘should be right-brained people as they have ‘intition and imagination’ as well as ‘vision.’
