If any alcohol is detected, a test is deemed either positive or noncompliant. The latter designation can also be given to a test in which White’s identity is declined or not verified by Soberlink’s facial recognition software, according to the documents. The agreement accounts for the possibility that White — who’s currently afforded custody at least four days each week — could have had “accidental exposure” to alcohol, such as mouthwash.
As part of the agreement, the 32-year-old actor must attend weekly therapy as well as a minimum of two AA meetings, for which Timlin can request proof.
