Is Jennifer Aniston upset with Reese Witherspoon because she suspects she's crushing on Brad Pitt? That’s the absurd claim in one of the tabloids.
A few weeks ago, Mindy Kaling shared a photo from Pitt’sspread on her Instagram page. This led to Witherspoon commenting, “Oh, dear,” along with a heart-eyed emoji. According to the“It took around 20 seconds to get back to Jen, who was insulted,” an anonymous insider tells the outlet. “Sure, it might look like harmless fun, but Jen felt it was very disrespectful. Jen is annoyed and now suspects her friend has been lusting after Brad all along.
The alleged source goes on to say that Aniston was particularly bothered because she’s been quietly reconnecting with Pitt, and “they could very well come out publicly as a couple in the near future.” The seemingly phony tipster adds, “There are very few people in town that Jen trusts and, well, Reese now isn’t one of them. She’s going to be watching this one from now on!”
Nothing about the tabloid’s article is remotely true. For starters, it’s all based on the word of an unknown insider, but Aniston’s own spokesperson calls it “absurd and completely false.” The actress isn’t the last bit upset with Witherspoon for commenting on a photo of Pitt, nor does she believe her co-star is pining for her ex-husband. In reality, Witherspoon is happily married to talent agent Jim Toth, with whom she shares a child.
Meanwhile, Aniston and Pitt aren’t on the verge of rekindling a romance. Separate reps for both stars have assuredGlobe is trying to create a feud with Witherspoon and a reconciliation with Pitt. Neither scenario is realistic.nearly 20 years ago. The two actress have also praised each other in all of their recent interviews promoting. There are absolutely no issues between the longtime friends and co-stars, let alone one involving Pitt.
