Janey Godley celebrates her 62nd birthday today and the Scots comedian has vowed to "f****** enjoy it".
But in November last year, Janey confirmed that her had cancer returned as tests had shown signs of the disease in her abdomen - meaning she would need to have more treatment. "Who knows how long I am going to last, I don't think I'm going to last as long as I wanted to because ovarian cancer is treatable but not curable, but on February 1st, I get to go through and do my tour and start my tour in Arbroath.
"Thanks to everybody out there who has been giving me love and support and giving me birthday wishes, thanks! Happy birthday to me!"One wrote: "You are incredible ..a positive inspiration to all and not let’s forget hilarious ..Happy Birthday."
