The beloved star opened up about her long-term struggle with sugar and wine cravings but revealed that her participation in the ITV reality show led to her dropping three dress sizes thanks to a complete dietary transformation. Recalling her transformative experience, Jane said: "I always used to be hungry and was always snacking on something, but I don't have any of that now." Pointing to a shift in her mental approach towards food, she explained: "It's because of a change in mindset.
