The Times reported the actresses’ wishes may come true as Disney has confirmed that a sequel is in development with Elyse Hollander writing the screenplay.The Post has contacted reps for Disney, Lohan and Curtis for comment.Lohan and Curtis, who have remained friends over the past two decades, also recalled their memories of their first meeting to the Times.
“She immediately took me under her wing. I was so nervous to do my first kiss on camera, so she talked to me in my trailer and made it funny so that I wouldn’t stress about it.”For her part, Curtis revealed that she was only cast after another actress dropped out.
