Known for his many hits, the 74-year-old singer-songwriter has sold more than 18 million records in the U.S.
Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne, whose career has spanned nearly 60 years, will appear at the Palace Theatre, 34 W. Broad St., on June 3.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Presale, fan and VIP ticket information is available atBrowne, 74, got his start as a teenager writing songs for other artists."These Days," which he penned at 16, became a minor hit for German singer, actress, model and Andy Warhol protégé Nico in 1967, and the Eagles scored a Top 40 hit with"Take it Easy," co-written by Browne.
Browne's own hits include"Doctor My Eyes,""The Pretender,""Runnin' on Empty," and the non-album single,"Somebody's Baby," which was featured in the 1982 movie,"Fast Times at Ridgemont High."
