Following reports of a Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan spinoff show focusing on Domingo “Ding” Chavez, actor Michael Peña now offers a surprising response.
Michael Peña's Domingo "Ding" Chavez was widely reported to be a frontrunner for his own spinoff show after the upcoming final season of Jack Ryan, but the actor now offers a mixed update. Based on the novels by author Tom Clancy, Prime Video's Jack Ryan was first released in 2018, introducing John Krasinski's take on the titular CIA analyst. The show is set to conclude with season 4, which will introduce Chavez as a significant character.
“I don’t know. It’s up to the fans and up to Amazon. There are a lot of people that have to do certain things, but if people like it, maybe they’ll chime in and say, like, ‘Hey, we want some more!’ So, you know, we leave it in their hands.”
