Jennifer Lopez shared a post-workout selfie on Instagram to celebrate her 51st birthday over the weekend, and she has never looked stronger.
That’s because she’s made it part of her everyday lifestyle. “I am 100% convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,”back in 2016. “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
But she wasn’t tied to the gym on her special weekend. Lopez later posted a picture of herself and fiancé Alex Rodriguez sitting on the beach with their kids.
