Presenter Christine Lampard, who had stepped in for host Lorraine Kelly, was joined by former Glamour editor Jo Elvin during a fashion segment when the slip up occurred.
Discussing an outfit worn by Helen Mirren, Jo gave a run-down of the estimated cost - which came to an eye-watering £11,510 - and suggested swapping designer items for high street duplicates. Jo's version, which included clothing from places like Primark and Asda, came to a much cheaper total of £166. However, when viewers were shown a side by side comparison of the two looks, an image of Amal Clooney in a green dress was used instead of Helen.
Christine has been stepping in for Lorraine on Fridays, with the star taking some time off due to her mum being unwell.
