Researchers from Johns Hopkins found that 97.5% of people infected with the new coronavirus will show symptoms within twelve days of catching the virus. That's in line with current CDC recommendations that call for patients to remain in isolation for 14 days after potential exposure.
The vast majority of those infected will develop symptoms within 12 days.
