Even more big plans from the fellas with the big bucks
The Issa brother’s empire looks to grow even bigger across Lancashire with yet another planning application lodged for a drive through coffee shop.
This time, a new building could be erected within the existing car park off Ovangle Road, Morecambe, to create the latest branch of the multi-national coffee giant. The billionaire brothers, from Blackburn, own Asda through their EG Group company which grew from a single forecourt to a retail and commercial giant. They now appear to be looking to maximise the value of the land they purchased with their Asda stores and this is the latest in a series of similar moves.
